• As we live in an agriculturally rich area, our aim is to provide fresh local produce to our customers where and whenever possible.
• We are continuously sourcing new and interesting products from the Kootenay region and are a proud supplier of local cherries, peaches, apples, plums, apricots, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, corn, asparagus and squash, as well as Kootenay Juice from Faraman Farms.
• A highlight of our season is providing Sutcliffe asparagus and corn. Other local suppliers are Faraman Farms (Creston, BC), Wloka’s (Creston, BC), and Chuckleberry Farms (Nelson, BC).

At the Crawford Bay Market, the majority of our meat is cut in-store. Our beef is top quality Triple Grade A Alberta Beef offered in a variety of cuts at competitive prices.

• We provide locally made sausages and bacon from Meat Matters, in Kimberley, BC.
• As well as chicken, pork, hamburger, and a variety of other fresh and frozen products.
• Our latest product is the fabulous You Silly Sausage with a variety of flavours for a unique dining experience.
• Our roasts and steaks are high quality triple grade A at a very affordable price.

Our dairy department is fully stocked with all of your dairy needs. We are a proud supporter of Kootenay Meadows, our local dairy, which supplies us with a variety of milk products and artisan cheese, as well as local eggs from Sunshine Valley Farms in Creston.

• We offer an assortment of Dairyland products to round out our dairy case.
• We also carry Happy Gut Kefir Water made in Castlegar, BC.

• An exciting addition at The Market, is our in-store Deli Department. We are thrilled to provide our customers with a variety of products for all of your charcuterie needs. We offer a range of deli meats, imported and domestic cheese, specialty items like Antoinette’s Tapenade and Salt Spring dip from Nelson, BC, and Kootenay Kimchi as well as a variety of crackers, olives, and nuts found throughout the store.
• We make fresh sandwiches in-store daily and have everything you need for the perfect picnic or quick lunch.

• The Crawford Bay Market is a licensed rural liquor agency and provides a full range of beer, coolers, wine, and spirits both local and import, as well as a fully stocked cooler with cold beer, coolers and wine for your convenience.
• We proudly support our local wineries from Creston, including Skimmerhorn, Red Bird Estate Winery, and Baillie Grohman; beer from Wild North Brewing in Creston and cider  from Pippin Point in Wyndell;  as well as beer from Fernie Brewing and Nelson Brewing Co.
• We also carry liquor and coolers from Tonik Distillery in Crescent Valley, BC.

• No need to shop in the city! The Market has a fantastic selection of groceries including cleaning supplies, pet products, confectionery, and cold beverages and kombucha.
• We have many local products for all of your cooking needs, including Whitewater Cookbooks and dressings, Nelson Naturals products, Oso Negro Coffee, Kicking Horse Coffee, specialty chocolate from Viva Cacao from Nelson, Kaslo Sourdough Pasta from Kaslo, Swan Valley Honey & Honey Bee Zen candles and products.
• Now in our chilled beverage display we have Happy Gut Water Kefir from Castlegar.

• We have expanded our freezer department to serve our customers better and we have a full line of frozen food items for your convenience including ice cream and novelties, pizza, veggies and many other quality items
• We also sell bags of ice cubes or blocks for summertime adventures and year-round needs.

• Our bakery is supplied with a variety of items from Kootenay Bakery in Nelson, and we have a wide selection of other bakery products including bread, dinner rolls, hot dog and hamburger buns, and an assortment of sweets. We also now carry the Portofino line of breads and buns.

• Along with our fresh departments and grocery items we have a vast selection of other household and camping needs. We sell fishing supplies including rods, reels, line and lures; kitchen supplies, barbecue items including mini propane tanks and fire starter; firewood; coolers; and hardware items.
• We also sell beautiful sustainably made handcrafted baskets from Goldcoast Treasures.  These baskets are crafted from elephant grass by local artisans in Bolgatanga, Ghana, West Africa.  Sales of the basket provide the artisans with viable and sustainable economic opportunities.
• We carry a range of phone charging accessories, health and beauty aids, vitamins, allergy, cold and pain medication, cards and wrapping paper and special occasion cut flowers, and specialty soap products from our locally owned Flickering Goddess.
